Booking conditions Jordbro

* The booker must be at least 18 years old.
* The booker must either have a Swedish personal number without remarks or provide a credit approved organisation number.
* We always charge for a minimum of 6 pieces unless otherwise stated in the package you booked.
* Cancellation can be made up to 7 days before the chosen start time.
* Re-booking/changes can be made up to 3 days before the chosen start time.
* If you book within 7-3 days before the chosen start time, you can cancel until 09.00 on the next working day.
* If you book within 2-0 days before the chosen start time, you cannot cancel.
* Cancellation/rebooking/change must be notified to us in due time in writing by email to [email protected] to be valid.
We will confirm that we have received your request - if we do not, we have not received your request and it is not valid. If you do not receive a confirmation from us within 24 hours (working days only) please contact us by phone.
* A booking rebooked within 7 days of the start time cannot be cancelled, only rebooked. Re-booking can only be done once per booking and may not have a start time after 3 months from the original booking.
When rebooking, a new date must be received within 10 days of your rebooking, otherwise a credit invoice will be sent out for 100% of the agreed amount. The credit is valid for 1 year from the invoice date.
* If a booking is not cancelled/rebooked in time or not at all and you do not show up for the game, we will charge the booking manager 100% of the agreed amount via 30 day invoice, 95 SEK invoice fee will be added.

* You can adjust the number until 3 days before the start of the game, but you can also be +-3 from the booked number on site (but always at least 6 we charge for).
* If there are more than 8 but less than 3 less than the booked number, these cancellation fees will be charged with 150 SEK per person, example:
You have booked 15 pcs and come 10 pcs, then you pay full price for 10 pcs + 2 cancellation fees of 150 SEK each.
If you have booked 15 and come 12, you pay full price for 12 only.
* Payment is made on site by card or Swish. Invoice can be offered to companies/organisations, 30 days with 95 SEK invoice fee.
* As a booking manager, you are responsible for the group and their safety.
* We do not accept anyone under 8 years old for mini paintball (recommended 8-11 years old).
*We do not accept anyone under 10 years old for junior paintball (recommended 11-14 years old).
* We do not accept anyone under 12 years old for adult paintball (recommended 15 years and up).
* Children between 8-14 years old must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult is enough for the whole group).
* Children between 15-17 years old can have a written authorisation from their guardian or an adult present (1 adult is enough for the whole group).
* You cannot bring your own food/drink into the centre.
