The wellness allowance is a subsidy (up to a maximum of €5000 per year) that employers can offer to improve the health of their employees. Even if you work part-time, you are often entitled to a full wellness allowance.

In 2020, the tax authorities decided to expand the activities available for the Health Care Grant, and Paintball is one of them, so now you can take advantage of the grant if you play paintball!

In many workplaces, the wellness allowance works in such a way that you spend money for the activity you perform, and then show the receipt and receive money from your employer. To find out exactly what applies at your workplace, contact your employer.
