Questions about Booking

Q: How do I book an activity?
A: First select on the front page whether you are looking for activities for Adults or Children by selecting the corresponding tab, then in the tab select the activity you are looking for, go to that page and then select Book Now under the package that suits you best.

Q: How long do I have to wait for confirmation of my booking?
A: Generally you will receive confirmation within 1 hour of booking, but give it up to 24 hours, otherwise call in to confirm. Check your spam folder first to make sure it hasn't gone there.
If you have only sent an enquiry, it may take up to 48 hours to receive a reply.

Please note that the booking office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Q: What is the difference between indoor and outdoor?
A: Indoor is in Farsta Strand and Outdoor is in Jordbro (Haninge). Outdoor is played with coloured balls and indoor with rubber balls. Indoors always has unlimited shots.

Q: Can I move my booking from outdoor to indoor?
A: Yes, but no later than 3 working days before the start of the game and as long as there are free times indoors.

Q: Between what times can we play?
A: We are open for bookings Monday to Friday 09.30-19.30.

Q: When will I receive my booking confirmation?
A: The confirmation is generally sent out immediately, if you haven't received it within 60 minutes of your booking, check your junk mail as it may end up there.
If you still can't find it, you can email us at [email protected] that you need your confirmation and we will reply to your email with the confirmation.

Q: My booking has the wrong date/time, what should I do?
A: Email to [email protected] and ask for it to be adjusted. No problem to do as long as it is not too close to your booking (3 working days before the start of the game).

Q: When is the booking office open?
A: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.30.

Q: Do I need to pay in advance?
A: No, you can pay on the spot by card/cash/swish, provided you give your personal ID number when booking.
But you can pay in advance if you wish.

Q: What happens if we don't show up on time?
A: You will be charged 100 % of the agreed price if you do not cancel the appointment in time.

Q: Can we pay by invoice?
A: If you are a company, the answer is yes. However, we do not invoice private individuals.

Q: Can I cancel my game?
A: Yes, free of charge until 5 working days before the start of the event. You can also rebook up to 3 working days before the start of the event.
Otherwise, 100 % of the agreed price will be charged.
If you book within 5 working days, you have until the day after 17.00 to cancel free of charge as long as your booking is not the following day.
If you book for the same day, you cannot cancel.

Q: How do I cancel my game?
A: To cancel your game free of charge, you need to email [email protected] no later than 5 working days before the start of the game.
If you do not receive a response by the next working day, please call us to confirm that we have received the cancellation.
If you have not received your email, the game is not cancelled.

Q: What should I do if someone is ill?
A: You can have a difference of +-3 people from the booked number, but always at least 8 people we charge for indoor and 8 outdoor.
Example: You book for 13 people, you can show up with 10-16 people without problems.

Q: What do I do when I have booked and not received my confirmation?
A: First, check your spam. Also make sure you waited a reasonable amount of time (up to 24 hours). If you still haven't received a confirmation, please call in.

Q: I want to secure a time but I am not sure how many players we will be, what should I do?
A: You can book an appointment and then either cancel or adjust the number. You can cancel the game until 5 working days before the start of the game, you can adjust the number until 2 working days before the start of the game.

Q: Can we be 6 people playing even though it says 8 people?
A: Yes, but you need to pay for 8 pieces. You also get the shots for 8 if it is outdoor paintball.

Q: Which package should I choose?
A: It all depends on you, to get help with that read through what the different packages contain or contact the Booking Department with what you are looking for.

Q: Can I upgrade my package with Sumo/Archery Tag/Bubble Balls?
A: Yes, as long as it is available, just contact the booking department and they will help you with it.

Q: I want to play drop in, I haven't booked, what do I do?
A: You don't need to book a drop-in, just turn up. All information about Drop In can be found here:


Q: I have a ticket from IPG, can I use it?
A: Unfortunately not, it's not us.

Q: Can I change my parcel once I am there?
A: In general, the answer is no, as we plan for other bookings and staff have a schedule to follow.
However, it's not impossible for it to work on that particular day and time, so it doesn't hurt to ask.
