Q: Is Paintball dangerous?
A: No, not as long as it is played properly, then it has among the least risk of injury of the mainstream sports.
However, if you take your mask off inside the track, you are breaking the safety rules and putting yourself at risk, which is dangerous.

Q: Kommer barn känna av träffar i barn paintball inomhus?
A: En träff kan uppfattas olika beroende på barnets känslighet, träffpunkt och avstånd. För att en paintballkula/gummikula ska kunna skjutas krävs en viss kraft, vilket innebär att en träff kan kännas. Vår erfarenhet är dock att de allra flesta barn fokuserar på spelets spänning och glädje snarare än själva träffen.

För att säkerställa en trygg och positiv upplevelse vidtar vi följande åtgärder:

• Anpassad utrustning: Barnen använder speciella markörer som skjuter med betydligt lägre kraft – halva kraften jämfört med utrustningen för vuxna. Och i Mini Paintball spelar barn med en fjäderdriven markör som skjuter ännu svagare.
• Omfattande skyddspaket: Alla deltagare utrustas med kroppsskydd, nackskydd, heltäckande mask och handskar för att minimera risken för obehag.
• Säkerhetsregler & Säkerhetsavstånd: Våra instruktörer finns alltid på plats för att se till att regler och säkerhetsavstånd följs. Vi kan dock aldrig garantera att enskilda spelare inte avviker från reglerna under pågående spel, varpå vi lägger stor vikt vid säkerhetsgenomgången före start.

Sammanfattningsvis är aktiviteten utformad för att vara rolig och säker för barn. Vi rekommenderar dock att ni som målsmän gör en egen bedömning av barnets mognad och inställning till fysisk lek innan bokning.

Q: Vad skiljer barn/junior paintball inomhus från vanlig paintball för vuxna?
A: Den främsta skillnaden ligger i säkerhetsfokus och anpassad utrustning. För att säkerställa en trygg och positiv upplevelse för våra yngre deltagare tillämpar vi följande anpassningar:

• Speciella markörer: Markörerna för barn skjuter med halva kraften jämfört med vuxenmarkörer, vilket gör träffarna betydligt mildare.
• Utökat kroppsskydd: Barn utrustas med ett omfattande skyddspaket som inkluderar dubbla skyddsvästar, halsskydd, underkroppsskydd samt heltäckande handskar.
• Säkerhetsmask: Vi använder speciella masker som ger ett fullgott skydd för hela ansiktet och huvudet.
• Tydliga säkerhetsavstånd: Vi tillämpar striktare regler kring säkerhetsavstånd för att undvika närkontakt under spelets gång.

Genom att kombinera lägre utgångshastighet med förstärkt skyddsutrustning kan vi erbjuda en fartfylld aktivitet där säkerheten alltid kommer först.

Q: Can adults and children play together?
A: Yes, but the age rules still apply, so the adults need to play what suits the children.

Q: Is there colour indoors?
A: No, indoors we use reballs (rubber bullets) and unlimited shots.

Q: How old do you have to be to play paintball?
A: We have different paintball types from 8 years old.

• Outdoor Mini Paintball: 8 years
• Outdoor Junior Paintball: 10 years (rec. 11 years)
• Outdoor Paintball: 12 years (rec. 15 years)
• Indoor Kids Paintball: 8 years old
• Indoor Paintball: 12 years old

Q: Can we play alone or do we play with others?
A: If you book a time, you get the course for yourself, so if you are 10 people, it will be 5 against 5.

Q: How many people do we need to play paintball?
A: You can be fewer and pay for the minimum number if you want.
At least 8 pcs outdoors, at least 8 pcs indoors. No minimum requirement for our drop-in centres.

Q: What do I need to bring to play indoor paintball?
A: Indoor shoes that have not been worn outdoors since they were washed and light training clothes to wear under the overalls, it gets hot.

Q: What do I need to bring to play outdoor paintball?
A: Appropriate shoes to run in outdoors and appropriate clothing to wear under overalls based on the weather.

Q: How fungerar drop in?
A: You show up at the appointed time, you don't have to book or be a specific number but you play with others in 2 big teams.
You don't need to have equipment, we can lend it to you.

Q: Can I bring my own equipment for paintball?
A: Yes, as long as the markers follow the course rules (280fps outdoors, 240 fps indoors and always semi).
Mask and clothes are OK.
However, it is not cheaper to bring your own equipment when you book an appointment. You may not bring your own ball or anything else such as smoke grenades, explosive grenades or similar.
Only consumables sold on site are allowed. This also applies to food and drink (not cake for parties).

Q: What kind of protective equipment do we get?
A: Depends on age. Everyone gets a mask, overalls and gloves. Children also receive extra protective equipment if needed.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: We play along, as long as you bring suitable shoes and clothes to wear under the overalls we give you.

Q: Do I need a jockstrap to play?
A: No, you don't get one from us and it's not necessary to play. If you have your own and want to play with it, you can.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Q: How does it work with cold food?
A: When you book party food from us, 2 sausages with bread, sweets and drinks are included. This is served in a party room if you booked indoors or a dedicated party area if you booked outdoors (under a roof with walls).

Q: Can we bring our own food and drink?
A: You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink, but there is one exception and that is for cakes.
We have a limited amount of time to tidy up between each group and ask you to put away anything you have brought with you such as gift wrap etc.

Q: Do you have dietary options for allergies and the like?
A: Yes, we can arrange most things, you need to email your dietary requirements to us no later than 72 hours before the start of the game. You email this to [email protected]

Q: What food and drink is available?
A: We have a cafeteria with soft drinks, coffee and snacks as well as light meals such as sausages and bread and panini.

Q: Can we bring alcohol?
A: No unfortunately, we have an alcohol ban in place.

Q: How is the equipment cleaned?
A: Everything you use is cleaned after you use it, washed and dried before being used again.

Q: I have forgotten something with you, what should I do?
A: If you have forgotten something at one of our facilities, you need to email [email protected] with a description and which facility it concerns, so they can check if it is there and return when they have the opportunity.
You can also call in and check when there are people on site if you want to check for yourself.
